*It has been reported that on computers using Window's Internet Explorer, the subtitles and other feature are not available. One way to resolve this is to use Mozilla's Firefox web browser http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/.
*Also some episodes might not have subtitles on the intro, give it three to four minutes and if the subtitles are not showing then please report them so we can fix it.
*If the subtitles do not appear, are out of sync or are incorrect, then please report them with a brief description by using the report button found underneath the OS player.
